3.2 Opened Products

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened dietary supplement products unless the product is faulty or not as described. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.

3.3 Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

3.4 Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and for the incorrect product to be returned at no cost to you.

5. Return Shipping

For returns under the 14-day cooling-off period or 30-day return policy (unopened products), you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange collection.

We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for products lost in transit.
